Timothée Puget (Teacher Tim) fell in love with Tai chi and Qi gong when he was 18 years old, 14 years ago, in 2011. With this passion and the wisdom imparted by his teachers, he created Golden Elixir Internal Arts in 2023 to share practical and authentic Internal Arts teachings, helping people on their path to self-improvement, health, spiritual development, and martial arts.

Timothée Puget, known to many as Teacher Tim, was born in Switzerland in 1992 to a Swiss father and a Filipino mother. In 2003, he moved to the Philippines, where he spent the next eight years of his life before relocating to France in 2011. In January 2023, he returned to the Philippines, a country he holds close to his heart.

His journey into the Internal Arts began 14 years ago, in 2011, at the age of 18, when he started learning Tai Chi and Meditation under a private teacher in Manila. For over five months, he received weekly coaching that transformed his perception of these practices—from a casual interest into a lifelong spiritual path. Influenced deeply by his teacher, Timothée embraced these arts as a way of life.

Since then, he has practiced daily and pursued various trainings and courses in both Qi Gong and Tai Chi, primarily based in Europe. He completed a three-year Qi Gong instructor course under Sifu Thierry Doctrinal in France and became a certified instructor. Since 2017, he has been teaching Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Meditation, sharing his knowledge and experience with students.

At his core, Timothée is a passionate lover of Nature—with a capital "N." For him, Nature is not only about the forests and mountains but also the essence of life itself. His practice continually brings him closer to his own nature, serving as a tool for self-connection and stress management. He believes that identifying the root of stress—often a lack of awareness and release—can lead to transformation through these ancient practices.

Timothée’s mission is to offer quality instruction in the Philippines. He aims to pass on the wisdom and treasures inherited from his teachers and the generations before them.

Beyond physical and mental health, he sees the Internal Arts as a way to soothe the heart, cultivate inner peace, contentment, and happiness, and ultimately guide individuals toward their and true and authentic selves.
