Why I Created "Geia Inner Balance"
In today’s fast-paced world, many people feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed mentally, and constantly tense.
This course was created to share simple yet profound traditional practices that help cultivate calmness, grounding, internal awareness, and balance.
Through Qi Gong, seated meditation, breathwork, and Taoist internal practices, students learn methods that can genuinely support daily well-being and long-term self-cultivation.
My goal is not only to teach exercises, but to help people reconnect with themselves, increase their vitality, and offer a set of principles and practice habits that extend way beyond the practice sessions.

A Practical Introduction to Traditional
Qi Gong & Meditation
This course is a structured foundation to traditional Qi Gong and seated meditation practices rooted in Taoist internal cultivation and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.
It is designed for people who want something simple, clear, and grounded — not abstract theory, but practices that can be felt directly in the body.
Over the 5-week training, we explore how stillness, movement, and attention work together to support both physical well-being and inner clarity.
The aim is not just the performance of a Qi Gong form and choreography
The aim is cultivation — learning how to reconnect with yourself in a sustainable and practical way.
You will discover that Qi Gong is an art that has an incredible amount of depth and applications.
Lastly, the skills learned here overlap or may be applied to other practices, especially if you are a healer, therapist, or martial artist.
Qi Gong isn't just a choreography
Discover how Standing and Moving Qi Gong isn't just choreography—there's a lot more than going inside, including:
-the "effortless" whole body coordination and connection (via Fascia)
-using "release" or Song to move the Qi and cultivate it
-developing the Dantien and feeling Qi or Energy as a real and tangible thing.
-Activate your palms and use the Qi to "cleanse" yourself of Negative Qi and replenish with Positive Qi
-Partner exercises to test structure, skeletal alignment and to validate Internal Skills
and much more.
